Materal Handling

Many product inspection systems require strict product placement thru the inspections device.  Product Spacing, orientation and alignment requirements can sometime be a challenge and suppliers of the inspection device to not regular help in this area.  Our experienced team of engineering can evaluate your material handling needs a develop a proper solution to help space and align your product

Reject Solutions

What do you do with the product ones its inspected.  While OEM of inspection system do offer Reject solutions they are most often generic and not optimized for any specific product.  Futher more just simply removing the product from the line is not enough.  The team at trustXI can develop a solution to properly reject and further sort the reject product for specfic reject time for product reclaim.  Reclaim of product can save millions.  

Radiation Sheilding

Staying Radiation compliant can be a challenge for companys that imploy an X-ray inspection unit in there production lines.  While all xray company send out equipment that has been tested to be complaint, installation challenges on site sometimes cause non compliant conditions  Most often this is due to product influence thru the curtains or new products that require higher thean expected energy.  Our engineering team has over 25years experience in develop RAD safe solution to your product handling issues.

Design Automation

If you are an OEM of customer material handling equipment then you know the time it takes to copy 3D Cad templates and manualy change each component to the spefic customer equipment specification.  At TrustXI we have the solution to this problem.  Using Inventor Ilogics we can take you design templates and combine them with VB.net Coding to automaticaly adjust the design to the requirements.  You simply fill out the requirments in the spread sheet (ex. Conveyor length, width, hgieht, belt type, options, etc) and i-logics does the rest.  Taking design time from weeks down to hours.
